Summer School

It's been a busy few months in my lunchtime and after school sewing clubs.

I have been teaching the children how to make bunting, fabric tote bags, badges and finger puppets.

There have been some interesting creations this term including lamas, butterflies, pandas and even pineapple finger puppets. The children have also made some fantastic badges, including a reindeer and a self-portrait made with tiny scraps of felt.

My primary school clubs are now coming to an end but I'm already looking forward to starting my sewing clubs again in September and teaching at three new schools.

But if you can't wait until then you'll find me teaching a school holiday sewing club at Millie Moon in Frome every Wednesday!

On the 1st of August, you can come along and make a sunglasses case.

On the 8th of August will be making fabric bracelets and necklaces.

On the 15th of August, we will be making pretty headbands.

And finally, on the 22nd we will be making unicorn mobiles.

My school holiday club will be from 11 am to 1 pm and costs £15 per child.

If you'd like to ask any questions or require more information about one of my clubs please comment in the section below.
